Hasso Plattner is one of the founders of SAP, an enterprise software company, and has been Chairman of its Supervisory Board until 2024.
In 1998, Hasso Plattner founded the Hasso Plattner Institute for Digital Engineering (HPI), marking his first significant philanthropic contribution. After signing the Giving Pledge (initiated by Bill and Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett), he established the foundation in 2015.

The Position
For the administration and further development of the SAP landscape of HPF Group, we are looking for an SAP Application Manager with organizational skills and experience in managing SAP cloud systems. You will be based in Potsdam and have on-site commitments at our subsidiaries in Berlin and Potsdam.
Your main tasks

Oversee all aspects of HPF group entities’ SAP cloud infrastructure

Manage our cloud systems (including S/4HANA Public Edition, SuccessFactors, and Concur) according to clean core principles

Understand and improve end-to-end business processes across departments and solutions

Develop testing and change management strategies

Be the customer face of SAP solutions

Conduct local and remote first & second level client support

Give direction and guidance to users and external SAP service providers

Contribute to SAP projects like release changes, rollouts, and migrations
Your experience & qualifications

Completed an academic degree in Business Information Technology or a comparable field

Prior knowledge of SAP cloud modules and platforms, their architecture, and integration is a plus

Proven ability to understand core enterprise support processes

Fluent in English and German
