Engagement Manager XRM (m/f/x)

 

​The position is permanent and full-time.

 

We want to build and foster a strong network of partners from business and society to support our students and faculty in driving impact to society with our research and teaching. This position will own the digitization of relationship management at HPI by consolidating all partner contacts and interactions in one tool.

 

Key job responsibilities

 

This role requires an individual who enjoys working across all teams at HPI, who moves fast and is service-oriented to offer a powerful and ever-evolving engagement and relationship management tool that will boost opportunities for all people at HPI regularly engage with HPI partners. Successful candidates are willing to initiate and push forward a process of building up the new HPI XRM (Extended Relationship-Management) as member of the HPI partnerships team.

The area of responsibility also includes the development of standardized workflows that will ensure a real-time and up-to-date customer database. The role therefore requires a close collaboration with all HPI teams who have external collaborations as well as senior-level leaders across HPI departments. We are looking for an individual who thrives on ownership, empowerment and accountability. Basic Qualifications

 

  • Professional working experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience as CRM- or XRM-manager or admin of customer databases
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Personal initiative, flexibility, intellectual curiosity, and ability to work across functions
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at different levels
  • Ability to manage own work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience in collaboration with external partners and other teams
  • Experience in 1st level / end-user support or as a keyuser
  • Experience in Enterprise-grade, Cloud-based CRM-Systems
  • Strong track record as CRM- or XRM-manager
  • Hands-on experience with (customer) database management
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to solve complex issues
  • Affinity to IT
