Media Content Creator HPI Engine (m/f/x)

As a Media Content Creator, you will play a key role in shaping the digital presence of the HPI Engine and building its brand identity. Your main focus will be to develop and manage compelling content across online and social media platforms, driving engagement and raising brand awareness among all relevant stakeholders in our entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop and implement innovative content strategies to enhance our online presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a strong focus on promoting the HPI Engine brand.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and written posts that align with the HPI Engine’s brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Brand Building: Support the development and consistent execution of the HPI Engine brand across all digital and social media channels.
• Trend Analysis: Stay current with the latest social media trends in the startup ecosystem and incorporate them into our content to ensure relevance and high engagement.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Engine program team and the HPI marketing team to plan and execute a cohesive content calendar.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and enhance overall performance.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our followers and the broader Engine community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Content Creator or (Social) Media Manager, or comparable.
• Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with a keen awareness of the needs and interests of our peer group.
• Social Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for engagement.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Collaboration: Strong team player with a growth mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
