PhD Student (m/f/d) Program Manager & Investment Associate (m/f/d)
for the School of Entrepreneurship.

Your Role
- Spearhead innovation as a Program Manager & Investment Associate within the vibrant HPI Entrepreneurship Ecosystem, where academic exploration and education meets practical execution and Venture Capital
- Pursue your doctoral research in Law, Venture Capital Finance, Entrepreneurship, or Computer Science, directly intertwined with your impactful work at the HPI School of Entrepreneurship and HPI SEED
- Craft and perfect our programs, propelling tech founders to greatness while expanding our entrepreneurship community and strengthening ties with mentors and investors
- Pioneer educational content tailored to startups and VCs, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the field
- As an Investment Associate, play a pivotal role in scaling HPI SEED by managing early-stage investments, from discovery to deal closure, and support our portfolio companies in their growth journeys
Your Qualifications
- Possess a stellar academic background with a state exam, master's, or diploma in law, business, economics, informatics, or a related field
- Bring your practical wisdom from VC or similar settings, equipped with insights on nurturing early-stage tech startups and navigating the intricacies of VC contracts
- Display a rapid execution capability with a drive to achieve our ecosystem objectives as a valuable and appreciative team player, who embraces significant autonomy and responsibility
- Thrive on the excitement of fostering impactful startups within a high-profile and expanding tech ecosystem
- Exhibit exemplary bilingual communication expertise, delivering compelling presentations in both English and German
