at the School of Entrepreneurship.

Your Role

  • Energize the HPI Entrepreneurship Ecosystem as a Program Manager, with a pivotal role in elevating the entrepreneurial-readiness-level of our community and with the specific goal of unlocking the triggers of entrepreneurial initiative in tech-people and translating these insights into actionable educational strategies
  • Conduct doctoral research in a field such as Business, Economy, Psychology or another relevant subject
  • Design, refine, and scale educational programs that not only impart knowledge but also actively boost confidence, risk-taking propensity, and the overall determination to embark on entrepreneurial ventures
  • Develop pioneering educational content and workshops aimed at instilling a robust entrepreneurial mindset, thereby positioning yourself as a key influencer in the realm of venture creation
  • Use a data-driven approach to measure and enhance the efficacy of educational modules in fostering entrepreneurial spirit and readiness, ensuring continuous improvement and high impact

 

Your Qualifications

  • Hold a distinguished academic record, preferably with a master's degree in business, economics, psychology, educational sciences, or a closely related discipline
  • Demonstrate a proven expertise in developing and leading programs that effectively raise the entrepreneurial readiness and motivation levels among students or professionals
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of the psychological aspects of entrepreneurship, including motivation, behavior change, and mindset cultivation
  • Possess dynamic execution capabilities and a commitment to achieving strategic objectives while nurturing a culture of innovation and venture creation
  • Command outstanding bilingual communication skills, capable of inspiring and educating diverse audiences in both English and German
