Hasso Plattner Institute is a world-wide unique place for Digital Engineering, Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship. As a privately funded institute, we offer our students unique, tuition-free programs in IT systems engineering and data engineering that are practice- and innovation-oriented. Venture Architect Artificial Intelligence (m/f/x)  

Your Role

• You work with leading European computer scientists and researchers in the field of AI identifying potential projects, technologies and opportunities with commercial viability
• You lead the process of turning these projects and technologies  into scalable products and ventures creating substantial customer value
• You identify markets and business opportunities, support the creation of business plans and conduct market research
• You provide guidance and support to the computer science team from ideation to MVP and business model design
• You will work closely with our incubation and accelerator program managers to prepare the teams to incorporate the ventures and fundraise

Your Qualification

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• You ideally bring at least 3 years of experience in venture development or product management, with a focus on AI products
• Ideally, you have been active as  tech-entrepreneur with an AI-driven startup yourself
• You possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and their commercial applications
• You have excellent business and financial analysis skills
• You are execution-driven and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
